Growing your stars
When developing your young talent into authentic and professional leaders, we tailor-make leadership training for your identified ‘stars’. Our programmes for future leaders typically include management skills such as communication, presentation, conflict management and project management, all within the context of authentic leadership. We focus strongly on ‘leading yourself’ as prerequisite for leading others, and then move onto leading others. While on the programme, participants work on long-term projects with high relevance for the organisation, which enables them to directly apply the skills learned. Programmes end with a final presentation to Top Management, extensive feedback, and a celebration of achieved successes and development.
Leadership skills for first time managers
Moving into a management position requires many shifts in behaviour and attitude, on both personal and professional levels. In our leadership seminars for first time managers, participants
- get to know themselves better, tap into their strengths, and develop ways of working and interacting that are in line with who they are;
- reflect on their communication dynamics, and get to know communication models that will create constructive communication with team members, clients and superiors;
- gain fundamental knowledge of effective leadership of others, and reflect upon their current leadership behaviour;

Reflection on leadership practice and peer coaching for experienced leaders
Experienced leaders have usually attended an initial leadership programme which has given them valuable skills regarding their leadership of people. However, more often than not, we have found that 5, 10 or 20 years later, leaders are doing their work but are finding themselves in a rather ‘lonely’ space regarding their leadership practice.
Experienced leaders leave our seminars strengthened in ‘what they know’ and ‘what they do well’, with new ideas regarding their current practice, new solutions for challenges and a new ability to tap into a network of experienced leaders who share the same passion, goals, and challenges.
