Lumina profile

Are you interested in deepening your self-awareness or team effectivness? Recieve a unique Lumina self portrait to reveal your many complex, sometimes opposing, aspects.

Lumina Spark

Lumina Spark provides you with a profile providing a unique understanding of your personality.  Increasing self awareness, it reveals hidden potential and helps you deal with pressure more effectively.

It is also different to many other profiling tools in that it embraces paradox. The profile recognises that we can embody and demonstrate seemingly opposite traits at the same time. People are extremely complex beings and as such they can exhibit introverted and extraverted behaviour in different contexts.

In one tool it provides you with three different lenses that give rich informaton on different aspects of your personality.

Underlying persona – Your most instinctive way of being, your preferences and natural inclinations.

Everyday persona – How you behave day-today, tuning up and down your qualities contextually.

Over-extended persona – When you do too much of a good thing, and overplay your natural strengths.

Lumina Team

Any team where all the members have completed a Lumina Spark profile can explore their teamwork.  It works particularly well in Agile teams who are autonomous, collaborative and working to strict deadlines.

The team profile provides a deeper understanding of each other’s personalities, behaviours, motivation and communication style. Understanding deeper values and preferences fosters the mutual respect and awareness that is really needed for people to get on well together and work optimally.

Your team profile shows exactly how people fit into their team.  The interactive team mandala allows them to see their traits and characteristics  within their team as well as its potential blindspots. With this information, we assist teams to co-create a high-performing team environment.

Teams can view their team profile using the Team Viewer smartphone app, which can assist teams in

  • Seeing how the team changes under pressure
  • Agreeing how to communicate more effectively
  • and applying what they learn immediately and afterwards for continual improvement
