Women in Leadership - now is REALLY her time

Gender equity has been around forever, literally. Change is long overdue, long, long overdue!! However there are many engained challenges to overcome, and nowadays many of us are aware of what they are. That doesn't make it easy to change unfortunately, however when everything is up in the air, maybe there is a chance? The chance given the massive shifts in the way we work might be here. A chance for women in organisations, at all levels to have a career, and the opportunities afforded their male colleagues; as well as being able to be an equal part of care-giving at home. Is 2021 the start of a world where careers, home life are integrated in a way that works for women? What do you think? We share what we think here.
